Challenge
First Five Solano is a facility that helps families with all aspects of life. Moms and dads bring their children with them, but need something to keep them entertained while taking care of business. The director of First Five called us wanting something fun and whimsical for young children to enjoy.
Solution
Our artists sculpted thirteen beautiful sculptures, small and large. Two towering mushrooms at the entrance with a matching mushroom house to play in, two acorn crawlers, three stump steppers with a leafy balance log, three ladybugs and a rustic bridge to run and jump on.
Result
These beautiful sculptures will last for many years of enjoyment and many children’s visit. We used smart-crete, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), to create climbable sculptures for little ones to enjoy. The material is low maintenance, making it an ideal choice for any setting.
